 Five handy Excel shortcuts :

  1. Ctrl + C and Ctrl + VCopy and Paste
    These are basic but essential shortcuts. Use Ctrl + C to copy selected data and Ctrl + V to paste it into a new cell.

  2. Ctrl + ZUndo
    Made a mistake? Use Ctrl + Z to quickly undo your last action. This can be a lifesaver, especially when experimenting with data formatting or calculations.

  3. Ctrl + Shift + LToggle Filters
    Quickly apply or remove filters on a table by selecting your data and pressing Ctrl + Shift + L. It’s a quick way to sort and filter data without navigating through menus.

  4. F2Edit Cell
    Select a cell and press F2 to directly edit its content. This is faster than double-clicking and keeps your hands on the keyboard.

  5. Alt + =AutoSum
    To quickly sum a range of cells, select the cell where you want the total and press Alt + =. Excel will automatically select a range for summing and insert the SUM formula.
